"I am a small animal veterinarian with a special interest in orthopedic and minimally invasive surgery, as well as rehabilitation. My research focuses are in canine athlete iliopsoas strains and the genetics and pain management of osteoarthritis.
My professional goals are becoming a board certified surgeon. I am originally from Long Island, NY. I enjoy surfing, scuba diving, listening to music, freelance writing, playing the drums and lounging with my dog, Mongo."

Complex feline disease mapping using a dense genotyping array
Feline genotyping array was performed to identify genome-wide associations with common feline diseases including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, chronic enteropathy, inflammatory bowel disease, small cell alimentary lymphoma, hypercalcemia, and feline eosinophilic keratoconjunctivitis.
